These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and HelloVPN, operated by Stack Network Limited ("HelloVPN", "we", "our", or "us"), regarding your use of hellovpn.com, our applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the website, in-app messaging, email, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. HelloVPN is designed to avoid storing browsing activity, DNS queries, traffic destinations, and identifiable connection logs. We may require limited information such as an email address and billing details to provide support, account access, and subscription services.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, HelloVPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use, as applicable.

You may not:

copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services except as permitted by law
modify or reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly allows it
use the Services in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law

4. Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

If you purchase a paid plan through the App Store, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, unless a different policy is disclosed at checkout or required by applicable law. Refunds outside that period may be granted at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

send spam or other unsolicited communications
distribute unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, or obscene material
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
distribute material involving the exploitation of minors
attempt unauthorized access to systems, services, or networks
misuse the network in a way that disrupts service for other users
share, lend, or lease paid account access in violation of plan restrictions

If we determine that your use violates these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access to the Services without refund where permitted by law.

6. Service Availability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or network, or the continued availability of any particular feature.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloVPN disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloVPN and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Ownership

The Services, including all software, design, branding, graphics, text, and related intellectual property, are owned by HelloVPN and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelloVPN, Stack Network Limited, and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms should be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to Stack Network Limited, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your place of residence.
